Serving is small. Good as a light snack. Mushroom Soup isn't bad, as long as you don't add too much water, and make sure everything is mix properly. For the Yam Cereal, i cant taste much of the yam so its kind of bland, like the usual cereal 3 in 1 pack without sugar. Despite the small serving, it fills my stomach. Overall, for the price, its okay.

delivery was fast considering coming from Korea. to my surprise, 1 sachet is quite small, to add about 110 ml of hot water. taste is not bad, more on the sweet side. actually i didnt know it's a diet soup so that explained the taste. i think campbell mushroom soup taste nicer (of course cant be compared to this diet soup as campbell is full flavour). nevertheless, i think it can consider yummy for diet soup.
